An a/r/tographic research project involving Australian regional arts educators, community artists and researchers in transmedia arts experiences. 

 

Titled, Provoking change: creative collaboration involving transmedia arts praxis in a regional location, this interdisciplinary, contemporary arts inquiry is being undertaken to discover whether participation in a connected network of regional arts educators/artists can both advance the researcher’s current arts praxis, and also reveal transformative processes of creative collaboration through the artwork produced. The extent to which the iterative sharing of locally developed transmedia artworks can influence perceptions of digital media practice in the regional location is also an anticipated finding.
